Ii. Main structure and configuration of paper machine
1 squeeze part 1 set
350x3400mm upper cast iron light roller, under cast iron rubber roller each 1, mechanical pressure. Adjustable bearing 113622 is selected.
1 set of 2 garden netting cages
1 stainless steel wire cage of 1800 x 3350mm. The mesh wheel shaft is made of carbon steel and thick wall steel pipe, the wheel spokes are made of high strength cast iron and wrapped with stainless steel water guide to improve the water filtration rate.
Dynamic balancing.
1 set of 3 volt rolls
The mesh surface is provided with 500x3350mm, 14mm thick seamless steel pipe, 1 rubber roller, 25mm thick, 35-38 degrees of rubber hardness, and 3kg/cm2 linear pressure.
1 set of shotcrete net box
The net box is made of high density polyethylene sheet with a thickness of 30mm. It is provided with inlet port, pulp hopper, air inlet and observation port.
