Features and Purpose:
This Semi Automatic Folder Gluer is suitable for folding and gluing all the kinds of square paperboard Cartons. Easy to operate, no need training. One minute quick change order. It is the best choice for carton manufacturer.
Main structure of machine:
1. BZD 2800 type Semi-auto gluer is composed of host and two small conveyors.
2. The Semi Automatic Folder Gluer frame is made of square tube, thickness 2.0 mm.
3. Host is including up and down working table, forepart feeding section, forepart aligning section, middle transmission, middle press section, carton delivery section, electric control system.
4. The Semi Automatic Folder Gluer adopt imported famous brand electric spare parts, OMRON optoelectronic switch.
5. Gluer head adopt alloy material, antacid-base to keeping the gluer head for long life.
