2000 Double Piece Cardboard Automatic Folder Gluer
* Double sheet dynamic pasting into one piece

This 2000 Double Piece Cardboard Automatic Folder Gluer is mainly used for AB piece (two pieces) carton gluing.
Existing AB sheet carton gluing process:
1. Traditional hand-brush glue artificial bonding.
2. Using old design gluer pasting, then manual bonding. For exisiting process, high labor intensity and low efficiency, and the precision and quality are difficult to control.
The high-speed AB sheet gluer machine through advanced technology to effectively solve above problems.
Machine features
1. The front of gluer machine is with two feeder, used to store AB cardboard, which will help improve production efficiency, with suction structure, help to improve delivery accuracy and efficiency.
2. The middle part adopts hot melt adhesive, cardboard positioning regulations on 4 sides, positioning accuracy, high precision.
3. The back section adopt artificial folding, slove the problem of die-cutting creasing and corrugated carton difficult to position, the gluer mouth size easy control.
4. Only need two worker operate. One worker put the paperboard on feeder, and other worker folds the paper then put into pressure belt, very easy operation.
