Brief introduction of CLP-A cyclone dust collector:The CLP/A cyclone dust collector is a centrifugal cyclone dust collector with a dust isolation chamber. The CLP-A cyclone dust collector has a high dust removal efficiency. This type of dust collector, the original design is considered for use in general industrial ventilation systems, but there are many units cited it to the industrial boiler flue gas dust, and achieved a better dust removal effect. Type CLP-A cyclones are type X (suction type) and Y type (press-in type). X, Y type is divided into N type (left rotation) and S type (right rotation) according to the rotation direction of the spiral shell. The CLP type bypass cyclone dust collector has a lower position than the inlet of the general cyclone dust collector, so that there is enough space on the top of the CLP/A cyclone dust collector to form an upper vortex and form a dust ring, leading from the bypass separation chamber to the cone. In part, the secondary air flow, which is detrimental to dust removal efficiency, becomes an upper vortex flow with dust accumulation. The bypass separation chamber is designed in a spiral shape so that the incoming dust-containing air flow enters the cone tangentially, avoiding disturbance of the inner wall of the cone. To prevent dusting again.CLP-A cyclone dust collector features:1. CLP-A cyclone dust collector lower inlet position and semi-helix (CLP/A type) dust isolation chamber. By lowering the position of the air inlet, there is sufficient space to form an upper vortex and the ash rings (dust particles) formed under the top cover are led to the cone portion through the dust isolation chamber. Semi-helix or spiral type dust isolation chamber can make the return air of the isolation chamber be introduced into the body in the direction of the cylinder tangent to avoid disturbing the internal air flow, and also improve the air flow conditions of the dust isolation room.
2. The CLP-A cyclone dust collector barrel is designed in the shape of double cones. The upper cone cone angle is larger and forms a contraction, which is conducive to the formation of a gray ring, and concentrates the dust-laden flue gas from the cone. The junction leads to a dust-isolation chamber to prevent the separated ash particles from re-entering the upper-screw (core) air stream and reduce the dust removal efficiency. The double cone design also helps to reduce the peripheral speed and reduce the equipment resistance.
