The working principle of the counterattack crusher dust collector

The working principle of the counter blow crusher dust collector is that the dust gas is entered into the spiral case cyclone tube under the action of the fan, and the dust is running along the inner wall of the shell of the dust collector under the action of centrifugal force, and the coarse dust is separated into the ash bucket. The fine dust is cleaned with the gas through the dust filter bag and drained into the large air fan. The fine powder is blocked by the dust removal filter bag on the surface area into the dust cake and falls, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal and purification.
The counter blow crusher dust collector has a back blowing dust cleaning mechanism, which saves the cost of the air compressor compared with the pulse duster, so it also reduces the cost of the dust collector. The dust bag is installed on the top of the dust collector, and the anti blowing tube is swirled with the deceleration mechanism, and the high pressure air is blown into the cloth bag through the anti blow tube. The high pressure air is powerful. The air flow makes the dust bag vibrate to achieve the purpose of cleaning ash. The cleaning mechanism is safe and reliable, and reduces the wear between the bag cage and the filter bag with high pressure air pulsation. The crusher bag filter is made of cyclone shell and has high dust removal efficiency. The thickness of steel plate such as cylinder, ash hopper, flower plate and so on is in accordance with the ZC flat bag dust collector, with compact structure and high rigidity, and its service life is over 15 years.
