Mustard oil is a unique Canadian rapeseed oil. Because it uses a traditional production process to change the oil fatty acid composition, it is very different from ordinary rapeseed oil. Mustard oil is widely used in the United States and Canada, but has not been promoted in Europe. Mustard oil promotes the metabolism of fatty substances in the human body, thereby preventing the accumulation of fat under the skin.

3.Technological process of Mustard oil machine

3.1 Raw grain receiving, storage system of Mustard oil machine
For mustard oil processing project, raw grain treatment system is the first important section. seed will be received by grain unloading pits, After cleaning up, the seed is transited into each silo for storage, pour warehouse and distributed operations, and finally by scraper conveyor into the pretreatment plant.
3.2 Pre-treatment and pressing of Mustard oil machine
These seeds will be cleaned up through metering, screening, magnetic separation and gravity destone, through flaking, drying and secondary peeling into flaking mill, and then billets by the conveyor into bulking machine, bulked material is cooled and dried and then into extraction machine. Bucket elevator feed port, cleaning sieve, destone machine all equipped with suction device, cyclone dust collector, lowpressure pulse dust collector, finally the standard air into the atmosphere.
3.3 Extraction of Mustard oil machine
Flakes or cake will be obtained from the pretreatment plant and then into extraction plant to get crude oil. The production processes include extraction, wet meal evaposeparation, mixed oil evaporation, crude oil degumming, and solvent recovery process and so on. The feed material come from prepress plant into the extractor by feeding scraper conveyor, the material in the extractor vessel from the feed port to the discharge port, by blended oil which gradually decreasing its concentration to do spray and soaking, and finally spray with fresh solvent, after drain area will be sent out of extractor and into the wet meal scraper. The most concentrated mixture of oil from the pump into a spin liquid separator to remove impurity after automaticcleaning filter, and then staging into the mixing oil temporary storage tank. Extracted crude oil is extracted from the bottom of the stripper, and then through first steam mixed oil to finish heat exchange, after cooled by crude oil cooler into degumming system, finally this kind of oil into storage tank outside the workshop.
3.4 Refining of Mustard oil machine
In refining plant, crude oil will through degumming, deacidification, bleaching, dewaxing, fractionation, deodorization and other steps to get GBI oil. After years of research, development and engineering experience summary, we form our own unique technology and equipment. In the field of oil refining, fractionation, dewaxing and chemical industry, we own leading technology and equipment, so as to ensure that the refining plant technology and equipment be in the international advanced level.
3.5 Package of Mustardoil machine
Oil packaging part includes small packaging lines andmiddle packaging line. Its main equipments include filling machine, printer, cap lifter, labeling machine, full automatic capper, bottle distribution system, case unpacker, packing machines and etc.
3.6 Meal house of Mustard oil machine
There are meal packaging lines in meal house, all adopt sophisticated automatic control system and advanced technology, which will effectively reduce the project investment, management costs and labor intensity, so as to improve work efficiency. By elevating and 360º multiturn rotation to ensure palletizer can stack anywhere in the warehouse. By controlling the motor rotation we can control the rising height of elevating conveyor, so as to reach the standard stacking height. Its unique structure of block device can ensure uniform block-packet gap, no clip, no plug, with good effect.
3.7. Tank Farm of Mustard oil machine
Pump room is the control center of entire tank farm, all acceptance and distribution of oil through it to be finished. Pump room is equipped with centrifugal pump and screw pump, for distribution of dock, tank car, and delivery of every workshop, purchased oil transfer to the tank, while periodically clean the tank or do pouring process.
