Item LE900 by Heyuan PLG New Materials is Maleic grafted polyethylene. Special designed adhesives for butt welded aluminum-plastic pipe 。Acts as adhesion promoter. PLG makes its adhesive resin to be possible to combine the advantages of materials and polymers in the mulit-layer aluminium plastic composite structures. it has excellent bonding effect over a wide temperature range.The product has features of high adhesive strength, stable performance, good processing , PLG adhesive resin could provide innovative solutions for plumbing and heating pipe systems including applications Cool & Hot Water Pipe System, Housing Gas Pipe System,Underfloor heating System, Solar Energy & Air-conditioning Matching Pipe System, Medical, Foodstuff & Chemical Industry Pipe System etc. Used in tie layer and hot melt adhesives.
Features
A, Strong Adhesion
Adhere to metal such as AL, steel, EVOH and Nylon, etc. strongly by thermal reaction. And it bonds strongly to PE or PP resin by its polyolefin characteristics also.
B, Durability
It can maintain excellent adhesiveness under harsh conditions like thermal aging, hot water, cold water, low temperature, etc.
C, Simple and easy processing
It can be processed in equipment for common polyolefin, doesn't require special production equipment.
