MH-A general-purpose ultrasonic material (liquid) position meter is a general-purpose ultrasonic level meter developed and manufactured by our company based on years of application experience. It draws on the strengths of others and draws on the advantages of various level instruments at home and abroad. It has realized the concept of full digital and humanized design, with perfect object/level measurement and control, data transmission and human-machine communication. It is made of engineering plastic ABS waterproof casing, which is small and quite sturdy. The main chip adopts dozens of related ASICs such as imported industrial-grade single-chip microcomputer, digital temperature compensation and ultra-wide voltage input voltage regulation. Modular circuit design, military quality multi-layer PCB board, tight hardware structure and reasonable layout. Modules can also be added to implement other functions (such as Bluetooth, GPRS communication, etc.) according to customer needs. It has strong anti-interference ability, can set the upper and lower limit nodes and online output adjustment arbitrarily, with on-site display, optional analog quantity, switch quantity and RS485 output, convenient interface with related facilities. It has high reliability, no pollution, stable performance, and can meet most liquid level and material level measurement requirements without contacting industrial media. It completely solves the shortcomings such as winding, clogging, leakage, medium corrosion and inconvenient maintenance caused by traditional measuring methods such as pressure type, capacitive type and float type. Therefore, it can be widely used in various fields related to material level and liquid level measurement and control. This product has been tested and approved by the national authority.
