Basic Introduction
Heat energy domestic hot water unit is an energy-saving product that provides hot water for daily use in showers, basins, swimming, etc., specially aimed at hotels, business office, hospital and an upscale neighborhood developed by the company. Heat secondary domestic water for heat source using steam or high temperature water, the actual consumption of domestic water is supplemented by a variable frequency water supply system or tap water.
Compared with volume heat exchanger, with advantages such as high heat transfer effectiveness, compact structure, security and stability, high control precision, energy conservation, low operating costs and so on. Improved heat transfer efficiency by nearly 50 % compared with volumetric heat exchanger.
Technology advantage
Water supply, constant temperature
1.Use high-precision temperature sensors, measurement error control at ±1℃.
2.Cycle pump runs for 24 hours, keep the shower switch or tap on at all times and keep the hot water running at a comfortable temperature, and avoid the waste of water.
3.Hot water mixing tank installed on domestic water supply line, volume not more than 1m³, replaced the traditional hot water tank or volumetric heat exchanger with large structure size, allow the temperature from the heat exchanger to be relatively uneven. The water is fully mixed in the mixing tank and then sent to the pipeline system, avoidance of temperature fluctuations in secondary water supply, keep the water temperature constant.
Effective anti-fouling measures
1.The rated flow rate of circulating water pump is only 20 ~ 50 % of the maximum water consumption of the system, whether or not the system consumes water, cycle pumps are always in operation, can delay the formation of scale in heat exchangers and pipelines.
2.The single side electromagnetic regulator is designed as a three-way regulator, and add a low lift hot water cycle pump behind the valve, to allow a return of water through a heat exchange, mixing with primary water supply in a three-way valve, reduce the temperature of primary water supply into the heat exchanger, ensure water temperature is below 70 °C, reduce the rate of scaling in the heat exchanger.
3.Electronic scale remover installed at the entrance to the water supply, further prevent the formation of scale in heat exchangers.
