1.Shell:Apply 250# casting iron and high precision production process.
2.Gear and shaft:
Apply 20CrMnTi material, processed By FMC flexible unit, and fired to be 15°~18° hardness, then carburized and to be HRC58°~62°.
3.Bearing:
Apply HRB bearing or bearing of the same precision.
4.Lubricant
Apply SHELL S2G 220#Lubricant, leakage free and 1-3years maintenance free.
5.Oil seal
Apply CTY oil seal or similar product, which is durable, anti-abrasion and anti-heat.
6.Terminal box
Apply IP55 alumina alloy terminal box,dust proof.
