Seamless Carbon Steel Pipes use steel billets as basic material. It is the kind of pipelines without joints around the body which is good to be requested conveying liquids (such as oil, gas, water), so it has a very high intake amount in the oil as well as gas industries all over the world.

1. Hot Rolled: 88.9 mm ~ 508 mm.
2. Hot Expanded: 457mm ~ 914.4 mm.
3. Cold Drawn: 10.3 mm ~ 73mm
4. Length: 5.8m/ 6m/ 11.8m/ 12m or any fixed length as per customer request
5. Standard:API5L/ API5CT/ASTM A53/A106/A179/ A500/A501, JIS G3441/G3444/G3454, DIN 10210/10219, DIN 17175 etc
6. Steel Grade:20#, Q345, A106/53B, A179, S275, S355,GR.B/X42/X46/X56, ST44/37/ A500, J55-P110
7. Surface Treatment: Bare, Lightly Oiled, Black/Red/Yellow Painting, Zinc/Anti-corrosive Coating.
8. Packing:Steel Strips bundled/In Bulk, Plastic Caps connected, waterproof plastic
9. End :Plain Ends ,Beveled End, Threaded with couplings
10. Application: Mainly used for high-temperature liquids transmission (water, heavy steam as well as various other high-temperature liquids), machinery, steel constructions, electricity industry, power plants etc
