Rigel light weight composite sandwich panel production line is a highly automatic production line that has been researched and developed by our company independently with self-owned intellectual property rights.
This production line is fully sealed, dust free; uses the central control system which can be easily operated by one person; uses automatic proportion system with liquid crystal display to assure accurate measurement and stable product quality. Gating system uses independent power and electric control which is convenient and safe to operate. The whole production line is highly automatic and mechanized, manpower saving, and ensures high output.

The equipment configuration:

The production line is controlled by microcomputer, it has numerical controlled measurement, high automatic degree and the central control, labour saving, the entire production line is sealed, makes no dust, low noise.
1, material loading system: Cement: screw conveyor; Sand: bucket elevator; EPS: automatic pneumatic convey; Water: pumping; Compound admixtures: pneumatic conveying.

2, measuring system: all the materials are continuously measured during the production, quality guaranteed. Cement, sand, hopper automatic metering; Water: timing measurement; EPS: comprehensive measurement of volume and time; Additives: fluid measurement instrument.
3, mixing system: fully sealed, positive and negative going motion, large capacity (1.5m3), double pot independently mixing.
4, EPS expanded system; expand, dry and deliver in fully sealed containers, fluid bed and pipes, fully automatic.
