The line will wash dates by cold or warm water or steam as needed and demand
The production capacity of the line ranges from / 250 / kg per hour and up to / 2 / ton per hour. It is made entirely of stainless steel food / 304 / L
The line consists of the following equipment:
Primary Server Bus Routing:
The walkway is equipped with a rubber-resistant mat
Powered by an engine and a speed control device to suit the production line.
With a bucket to unload the dates so that the dates are received and transferred to the beginning of the production line.
Vibrating Screening of impurities and chopsticks.
The vibrator sieves and dislodges impurities and dates from the dates by a turbine fan

Manual sorting process:
The BIOS is operated by a motor with a speed control device.

Laundry:
Dates are received from the hand sorting process and automatic flipping and washing are initiated.

Dates are washed with plastic sprays of cold water or steel for hot water or steam.
After the washing process, the dates complete the passage on the plastic mats to be filtered from the water and flush the water with a high pressure turbine fan and prepare dates for the drying phase.
The motor is equipped with a water pump and a motor with a speed control device to match the speed of the production line.
Drying Furnace:
The dates are loaded and transported by a mat made of white steel (stainless steel / 304 / L).
The drying process is carried out with hot air at temperatures above 90 ° C.
The dates are dried from the water and dates are heated and prepared for the final packaging stage after leaving the tunnel.
The tunnel can be supplied with Violet Violet to sterilize the dates of the bacterium and the gareth.
The heating process is carried out by electric heaters
Dates are cooled in the final phase of the tunnel by a low-pressure, high-pressure turbine fan

خط غسيل و تنشيف التمر بالمياه او بالبخار
تطبيقات الخط
يقوم الخط بغسيل التمور بواسطة المياه الباردة او الحارة أو البخار حسب الحاجة و الطلب
الطاقة الإنتاجية للخط تتراوح من /250/ كغ بالساعة و لغاية /2/ طن بالساعة .و هو مصنوع بالكامل من الستانلس ستيل الغذائي /304/ L
و يتألف الخط من المعدات التالية :
سير ناقل ملقم أولي :
السير مزود بحصير مصنوع من البلاستيك المقاوم
يعمل بواسطة محرك و جهاز للتحكم بسرعة الدوران بما يتناسب مع خط الإنتاج .
مزود بدلو لتفريغ التمر بحيث يتم استقبال التمر من خلاله و نقله إلى بداية خط الإنتاج .
هزاز غربلة الشوائب و العيدان .
يقوم الهزاز بغربلة الشوائب و العيدان من التمر و ينفض الغبار عنه بواسطة مروحة توربينية
الهزاز مزود بقضبان من الفولاذ الأبيض (ستانلس ستيل /304 L) تسمح بمرور المخلفات
عملية الاهتزاز ميكانيكية و هي كتيمة لا تصدر أصوات اهتزاز و لا تؤثر على الطبقة الخارجية للتمر
سير الفرز اليدوي :
يعمل السير عن طريق محرك مزود بجهاز برمجة للتحكم بالسرعة .
يقوم السير بحمل التمر و نقله من هزاز الغربلة إلى مرحلة الغسيل و يقوم العمال على جانبي السير بفرز الحبات الغير مرغوب فيها ووضعها بالمسار الخاص
ها و التمر السليم يكمل طريقه إلى خط الإنتاج .
السير مزود بثلاثة مسارات المسار الوسطي لخط الإنتاج و مسارين جانبيين للمخلفات .
يتم نقل التمر بواسطة قشاط مصنوع من المطاط الغذائي .
سير الغسيل :
يتم من خلاله استقبال التمر من سير الفرز اليدوي و تبدأ عملية التقليب الآلي و الغسيل .
يحمل التمر على حصير بلاستيكي متحرك بثلاث مراحل للتم عملية الغسيل و التقليب بما يضمن تنظيف التمر من جميع جهاته و الحفاظ علي الغلاف الخارجي لحبات التمر
يغسل التمر بواسطة مرشات بلاستيكية للمياه الباردة أو فولاذية للمياه الحارة أو البخار .
بعد عملية الغسيل يسكمل التمر مسيره على الحصير البلاستيكي لتتم تصفيته من الماء و نفض المياه عنه بواسطة مروحة توربينية ذات ضغط عالي و تهيئة التمر لمرحلة التنشيف .
السير مزود بمضخة للمياه و محرك مزود بجهاز للتحكم بسرعة الدوران لتتناسب السرعة مع باقي خط الإنتاج .
فرن التنشيف :
يحمل التمر و ينقل عن طريق حصير مصنوع من الفولاذ الأبيض ( ستانلس ستيل /304/ L ) .
تتم عملية التنشيف بالهواء الحار بدرجة حرارة تتجاوز /90/ درجة مئوية .
يتم من خلاله تنشيف التمر من المياه و تشخين التمر و تهيئته لمرحلة التغليف النهائية بعد خروجه من النفق .
يمكن تزويد النفق بأشعة الآلترى فيوليت لتعقيم التمر من البكترية و الجارثيم .
عملية التسخين تتم بواسطة سخانات تعمل بالكهرباء
يتم تبريد التمر في المرحلة الأخيرة من النفق بواسطة مروحة توربينية ذات ضغط منخفض و غزارة عالية
متطلبات الخط من قبل الراغبين بفتح مصنع لتحضير و تعبئة التمور
المساحة الوسطية المطلوبة لخط الإنتاج ما عدى غرف التبريد و المستودعات /300/ متر مربع .
عدد العمال الوسطي /8/ عمال بالإضافة لفني الصيانة .
خزان مياه نظيفة لاستخدامها بعملية التنظيف سعة الخزان على الأقل /2000/ لتر
ارض مصنع مستوية لنصب المعدات بشكل مستقيم
الإضافات الاختيارية :
هزاز لتصفية المياه بعد عملية الغسيل و قبل نفق التنشيف
مغسلة بضغط /120/ بار لغسيل الخط بعد الانتهاء من تشغيل الخط
غطاء بلاستيكي لتغليف الخط عند الانتهاء من موسم التمر للحفاظ عليه من الغبار و عوامل الجو .
نفق تعقيم بالأشعة فوق البنفسجية
