Pump Insulation Covers, Made with Silicone & PTFE coated fabric for insulation blanket.
Pump Insulation Covers, made of PTFE or Silicone impregnated on both sides or one side fiberglass fabrics. Due to this insulated fabric is anti-aging, anti-environment, anti-corrosion, non stick and heat resistant. So it is used for the outer protection for the insulation covers. And the working temperature of PTFE coated fabric is up to 600F, the maximum temperature of silicone impregnated fabric is 500F.
What is Pump Insulation Covers?
KINGRAY’s pump insulation covers are custom-created by designers who know exactly what to consider in making the highest-quality, best-fitting removable blankets for each pump.
And KINGRAY’s Silicone impregnated(coated) fabric, is the best Anti-aging, Antiseptic, Heat-resistant, weather resistant and soft insulator, which is used to make the outside jacket for the pump insulation sKYtem.
KINGRAY’s KY9038HD is PTFE impregnate(coated) fabric, which has higher heat-resistant property than Silicone coated fabric, so it is used for insulation sKYtem which need higher temperature and harder surface.
All the basic fiberglass is satin weaved, which ensure the highest tensile strength of the covers(blankets), and Silicone & PTFE coating is flexible in order for making blankets into any different shapes and sizes.

And the Silicone & PTFE fabric could be coated on one side or both side.
For 17 oz Silicone Impregnated Fiberglass Fabric, the weight is 17.5 oz/sy ± 10%(595 g/m2 ± 10%), and thickness is 0.018″ ± .001″(0.457 mm ± .025 ), the model number is KR5045

For One side PTFE impregnated fabric(KY9038HD), the weight would be 16.5 oz/sy ± 10%(560 g/m2), and thickness is 0.016″ ± 10% (0.38mm)
For Both side PTFE impregnated fabric(KY9040HD), the weight would be 18 oz/sy ± 10%(650 g/m2), and thickness is 0.018″ ± .001″ (0.40mm)

Removable Insulation Jackets are designed for Pumps, pipeline, valves, freeze protection and so on.
And Different color is for different application, like Yellow insulation jacket is for Gas, Oil and Steam value, pumps and so on.
Pump Insulation Covers could also be used for making Antiseptic Insulation Tent, which could be used to store chemicals(especially for flammable and combustible chemicals), or easy-corrosive, hazardous article.
