Description:

The dredgers are equipped with world famous powerful Cummins engine, which are famous for its durability, lower oil consumption, standardized accessories and easy maintenance.

Hydraulic system: the most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire dredger. Lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors.An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve manifold, solenoid valve, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuator and so on.

This dredger is a new and of the recent model, non-self-propelled Cutter Suction Dredger of the dismountable type. The dredger is of a very robust construction, suitable for heavy duty and durable operations. The sizes and weights of the various dismountable modules permit transportation by road,rail or by ship.

Application:

The cutter suction dredger of steel construction, the non self-propelled, dismountable type is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers, with similar conditions to that in navigation area "A" or below the "A"-line specified in code for “inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P.R.China”.

The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class III specified in code for “dredging engineering construction technical specification” issued by Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R.China.

The complete dredger consists of one main pontoon and two side pontoons.These side pontoons are mounted to the main pontoon using heavy steel claws and pins at hull bottom with bolt connection at deck level. The pontoons are of welded steel constructions, with heavy frames, beams and longitudinal girders. Extra reinforcements are placed where necessary to withstand all forces while dredging.

The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, switches, indicators, gauges are equipped on the control desk. Only two operators can control the dredger in the operation room.

Four layers anticorrosive marine paint provide the zinc anode protection to improve effect of corrosion.
