Our cutter suction dredgers are designed by senior engineer, who have specialized in shipbuilding and dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed and practical.
Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.
Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.
Application:
The cutter suction dredger of steel construction, the non self-propelled, dismountable type is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers, with similar conditions to that in navigation area "A" or below the "A"-line specified in code for “inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P.R.China”.
The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class III specified in code for “dredging engineering construction technical specification” issued by Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R.China.
The complete dredger consists of one main pontoon and two side pontoons.These side pontoons are mounted to the main pontoon using heavy steel claws and pins at hull bottom with bolt connection at deck level. The pontoons are of welded steel constructions, with heavy frames, beams and longitudinal girders. Extra reinforcements are placed where necessary to withstand all forces while dredging.
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, switches, indicators, gauges are equipped on the control desk. Only two operators can control the dredger in the operation room.
Four layers anticorrosive marine paint provide the zinc anode protection to improve effect of corrosion.
