Product description and application:
DT series desulphurization circulating pumps are axial suction, single stage, single suction and suspension centrifugal structure. This series of pumps has applied the advantages of similar products both at home and abroad and innovated in hydraulic design, structural design and materials used for castings. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, small vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life and convenient maintenance. The comprehensive performance of the pump is in the leading level in China.
The shell of DT series desulphurization circulating pump is single shell structure. The impeller and shaft are threaded, and the shaft seal adopts mechanical seals. The suspension part is used in the form of dilute oil. The impeller, volute and rear guard plate of the overflowing parts are made of the high chromium alloy material with abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance developed by our factory.
DT series desulfurization pump application:
It can be widely used in the desulfurization system of thermal power, aluminum smelting and refining industries to transport limestone or gypsum slurry. The highest content of chloride ion in the slurry is 60000ppm, the pH value of the slurry is allowed to be between 4 and 13, the slurry temperature is less than 65 degrees C, and the slurry weight concentration of Cw reaches up to 60%.
