Description 4-20mA Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter For Liquid Water
Diffused silicon pressure sensor without liquid transmission, the pressure directly on the front surface of the diffused silicon diaphragm, so that the diaphragm has a small deformation, thick film resistance printed on the back of the diffused silicon diaphragm, connected into a Wheatstone bridge (closed bridge), due to the piezoresistive effect of the varistor, the bridge is generated with a high linearity proportional to the pressure, and the voltage signal is proportional to the excitation voltage. The voltage signal is converted to a 4-20 mA current signal through the modulation amplifier circuit.
