Firstly ,the sunflower seeds need to be processed by sunflower seeds oil pretreatment machine for high oil yield.
Process flow chart of sunflower seeds oil pretreatment machine :
Sunflower seeds→ cleaning →crushing →softening→flaking → oil pressing → oil filtration→ extraction plant.
Cleaning machine: It removes inorganic impurities, organic impurities and oil impurities inside soybeans.
Crushing machine: Mechanical method can broke sunflower seeds into small particles for convenience of soybean flaking process.
Softening machine: It can regulate moisture and temperature of sunflower seeds, which can increase ductility of sunflower seeds.
Flaking machine: The purpose of sunflower seeds flaking is destroy sunflower tissue, create condition for steaming and roasting, make easily oil separation in sunflower oil solvent extraction.
Pressing machine:Pressing/prepressing is to press oil from oil seeds or cakes
Then the pressed cake need to be sent to sunflower seeds cake solvent extraction plant to extract sunflower oil .

Solvent extraction system→D.T.D.C system→Condenser system→Recovery system
Functions of main parts:
Extracting:To extract the oil in the cake by solvent, the general solvent is 6# extraction solvent oil or commercial hexane.
Desolventising:To remove and recover the solvent in the meal; Dry and cool down the meal at the same time.
Evaporating and stripping: Heating the the miscella by indirect steam, so that can vaporize the solvent and concentrate the miscella.
Solvent recycling: This process is to recover the solvent, decrease solvent comsuption, keep safety prodution and improve product quality.
Finally,the crude oil needs to be refined to get refining sunflower seeds oil, after degumming, deacidification, decoloration, dewaxing, deodorization.
Process flow chart of sunflower oil refining machine:
Crude sunflower oil → degumming ,deacidification→ decolorization →deodorization → refined sunflower oil.
