G single screw rod pumps in widely used in developed countries. The single screw rod pump is called MONOPUMPS in foreign country and partiality rotor pump in German. 2. Usage
G series single screw pump abrasive liquids of high viscosity, fibrous and suspend solid material. The principal fields of application are in food industry, textile mill, paper-making, petro-industry, chemical industry, ship building, build industry, and printing etc.
3. Characteristic
The single screw pump is worked according to the joggle cubage principle. The transmission can be direct drive by coupling, or the use of low-speed electric Triangle motor, transmission case, CVT transmission and other devices. The rotate adopts join axes rotate. The flux: 0.8-150m3/h,pressure: 0.4-1.2MPa.
