Yisong die board sawing machine, which aims to replace laser cutting machine. High precision, no pollution, low cost !
 
The steel rule blade on die board would be vertical, the kerf on die board is in high precision and the error range could be less than 0.05mm.
 
Toxic and irritating smoke would be generated in laser cutting, while Yisong die board sawing machine solves the problem of pollution and health impacts fundamentally.
 
While laser cutting machine consists of complex parts, Yisong machine only needs parts of CNC table and air compressor, the overall production cost is 1/5 when compared.

Yisong die board sawing machine is a CNC machinery cold processing, processed die board's quality over laser die board's, it will be welcomed gradually because of its easy maintenance & installation.

The output power of laser machine is related to laser generator, laser tube, laser lens. Along with the aging of these equipments, the output power of laser beam is not stable, so as to the processed die mold quality. Our machine makes die board with cold sawing process, it could work stably all the time.
