1. Brief Introduction
HMG100-TP Hydraulic Haulage Shearer is the thinnest shearer in China. The body of it is short and narrow. It's used in the coal seam that is 0.4~0.9m ,coal property is medium-hard ( f ≤3) and the slope angle18°,the machine needs to add the Non-slip winch. It can be used with scraper conveyors and hydraulic prop in the conventional mining working face.2.Main Features
2.Specification
2.1 This hydraulic haulage shearer uses "three tracks" coal mining working. Because it can climb on the floor of whole body, the requirements for corollary equipment such as transport and support are not high.The cost of general machinery and equipment would be lower.
2.2 The machine itself has a loading mechanism. The coal cutted by spiral drum is transfered to conveyor by loading machine. And the result of coal loading is good.
2.3 The powerful motor power and good mechanical strength can cut hardish coal seam and with low gangue coal seam.
2.4 The body machine is short, and the thickness of machine is the thinnest in China compared with the same power shearers,the cutting height is lowest.
2.5 It is easy to operate for concentrated operators and buttons.
2.6 The tractive force is large. Hydraulic traction systems are reliable. Hydraulic components of good performance is easy to replace.
2.7 With spray device,the dust removal result is good.
2.8 The good performance shearer machine and the sample and reliable structure make coal shearer easy to maintain. It is suitable for small mines.
