Main Feature:
1. Siemens PLC control system allows the machine a stable work.
2. Schneider Electric parts ensure the electric control system of the machine stable and reliable.
3. Full set of Dofluid hydraulic valve ensure the oil circuit smooth and stable.
4. Crane connecting bar die molding allows stable mold clamping force.
5. Rapping bar turn over automatically, counterdie shifts out to ensure easiness, convenience, and quickness of taking out the products, mold inserting.
6. Push-out automatically and no product detormation in ensured, fully reducing the work intensity of the operator.
7. Open touch panel allows at any time to control on operating condition and diagnosis of abnormal condition.
8. Template and mold are cooled by water, which increase the output.
9. Lubricate automatically to make up the shortage of manual maintenance and to lengthen the life time of the machine.
10. The machine has four safety devices, operated by machine, electricity, water and air, which ensure the operation safe.
11. Height of the injector can be adjusted up and down.
