Installation and Use
1, the use of the former curing machine gear box to add oil 2 liters.
2. The machine should be installed on the basis of solid concrete ground plane.
3, check the various parts of the machine is complete, the bolt is firm.
4, confirm the parts intact, connect the power supply, so that the machine idling for 2-3 minutes, no other abnormalities, to start work.
5, the mixture of starch raw materials into the feeder bucket, running 1-2 minutes after the increase in the cylinder temperature in the feed machine speed adjustment.
Troubleshooting methods:
Maturity is not enough reason: initial heat shortage, too much water, too loose belt, speed is not enough.
Elimination method: Reduce moisture, adjust the belt tightness.
Maintenance:
1. The machine shall inject oil into the bearing tile box on time.
2, the work of the daily machine should be inspected once, check the machine
Whether the bolt is loose and oil seal is leaking oil.
3, each work after the shutdown must be the barrel and screw the residue on the clean.
