Second,Product performance:
This product is suitable for chemical etching of steel, die steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, magnesium alloy, copper alloy, cast aluminum, and metal plate pattern decoration.Etching time is short, not blocked, not burning, light.
Third, Product indexes:
1. Dark yellow transparent liquid with slight odour
2. PH less than 5 (acidity)
3. Proportion: greater than 1.0
Fourth, Product usage:
1.Soak the printed metal parts in the metal etching solution (liquid), constantly shake the workpiece or brush the metal surface with a soft brush.It can be etched successfully after about 20min- 30min.
2.After etching, remove the workpiece, and can enter other processes, such as: polishing, film removal, etc
3.After a certain amount of time, the etching solution should be replenished to restore the effect.
Fifth, precautions:
1. This product is suitable for acid sensitive film.
2. Unable to etch steel and iron components simultaneously.
