1. The machine equips with 6 NC axes, can finish the polishing and buffing of 4 work pieces in one time.
2. 4 NC axes polishing and buff simultaneously.

2.the spindle can assemble the rubber,cloth,hemp,and sand wheel and sang belt of diameter ≤ 350mm,breadth ≤ 75mm.

Rotary Index Table Automatic Polishing Machine Function
1. SIMENS PLC with high capablity has been adopted, human-equipment interface, electric parts with international brand such as ABB, EMERSON, SCHNEIDER, the equipment comply with CE stand arid environment free requirement.
2. Double group operation program have been adopted which can polish two different products with precision while the equipment can switch automatically.
3. Precision angle polishing program has been adopted which can enhance precision polishing degree on the complex part of the products through programming on setting precision polishing angle.
4. Revolving operation table with four stations has been adopted which can precision polishing up to four products at the same time. The jigs are simple with low cost and are easy for changing which is more suitable for the production moudle of various series and kinds.
5. Nested precise polishing way has been adopted for precise polishing on overall parts of products.
6. Precise polishing can be used directly after 400 coarse polishing which can decrease procedure during coarse polishing and expense.
7. The equipment is suitable for percise polishing on different metal material(Brass, Aluminum, Zinc Alloy atainless, etc.).
8. The equipment is suitable for precise polishing on products with different shape(various kinds of faucet body, handle wheel, round pipe, different kinds of decoration parts, etc.).
9. The operation for the equipment is simple which has low requirement on the ability of the operator which can increase production efficiency, decrease work intensity while save production cost at the same time
