Please note: For this DECO mill, you require two or four grinding jars of your choice and the corresponding number of grinding balls. The grinding jar material must also be harder than the material to be ground. In normal cases, grinding jars and balls of the same material are used. To shorten the grinding time, larger or heavier grinding jars and grinding balls with a higher density can be used. However, the standard packages of the mill doesn't include the grinding jars or balls. They must be ordered as accessories.

A: The smallest particle size our mill can mill down to is 0.1µm. However, the final fineness varies greatly with different materials. The actual grinding result depends on mill speed, ball size, material, and grinding time. You will be able to find the best combination after a couple of tries.

    

Q: Does the price offered include the ball mill jars and balls?

A: The standard accessories don't include the jars or balls. They must be ordered as accessories.

 

Q: How long will you deliver the goods after I place an order?

A:  We will send the items within 7 days once your payment is completed. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your products is inspected.

 

Q: What's the warranty of the products?
