Second, the product uses:
This product is only applicable to the surface of copper single-element copper, including single-crystal silicon. Polycrystalline silicon and other simple substance. The same applies to the direct surface of silicon powder coated with copper.
Third, the use of methods:
This product can be added to 2 times the tap water before use:
1, the silicon single substance degreasing cleaning, so that the surface clean without oil.
2, the silicon into the silicon elemental chemical copper plating liquid, soak at room temperature for 20-30 seconds. Immersion process to flip the workpiece, so that uniform contact with the copper plating liquid.
3, after the copper plating, remove the elemental silicon, washed into the follow-up treatment, the following:
A.General-purpose Q / YS.118 chemical copper plating thick copper plating .
B. Chemical nickel plating.
C. passivated with Q / YS.104 copper passivation.
4, washed and dried.
