Third, product description:This product is widely used for direct chemical nickel plating about all kinds of aluminum and aluminum alloy, aluminum die casting surface, the combination of nickel plating layer and the aluminum substrate is excellent, coating is not foaming, peeling and can direct nickel plating without traditional processes, the omission of the several technological process can save time and labor cost.

1. This product is composed of A, B, C three components
2. A agent for the green liquid
3. B agent for light yellow (near the hands of colorless) transparent liquid,
4. C agent for the colorless liquid.
Fifth, usage method：
1, prepare A, B two agents and non ionic water according to the ratio of A:B: water =1:2:7, and heating to 80-90℃.
2, aluminum work piece removed oil and skim or polished is soaked in 80-90 degrees nickel plating liquid for more than 10 minutes.
3, rinse it after nickel plating and then do follow-up treatment.
Sixth，matters needing attention：
1. the product should be controlled in the pH value of 7.5 + 0.3,
2. flip the work piece in the halfway
3. plating speed for 20um/ h
4. additives C agent should be added in operation ，the consumption of effective ingredients should be added by A and C in the course of plating nickel when opening cylinder (A:B: water =1:2:7), the ratio of A:C addition is 1:1, supplement of the A and C dosage account for 1-2% of total bath solution. Firstly add A agent and stir evenly, and then add C agent and stir evenly, dilute with dilute ammonia or 10% sulfuric acid to adjust the PH to 7.5 ± 0.3.
