The use method of the post tension strand pusher:
1. Prepare for work before opening the machine
(1) check whether the electrical circuit is in good condition and check the position of the oil surface in the reducer.
(2) check the direction of the motor moving, whether it is in the direction of the arrow on the shell.
(3) the power supply is connected and the debugging is determined to be positive and reverse.
2. Normal work
(1) insert the steel hinge line of the good rack from the inlet of the machine, point the button switch into the line, make the steel hinge line slowly penetrate into the machine, run along the pipe into the reserved channel and go to the other end to reach the reserved tension dimension, and use the hand-held sand turbine to cut off.
(2) when the conveying distance is not enough, the upper rotor wheel can be adjusted to meet the working requirements, but it cannot be adjusted too tightly, so as to avoid the wear and reduce the service life of the roller when running.
(3) when working, pay attention to the normal operation. When any fault is found, the machine should be stopped immediately to find out the cause and restart it after the failure.
Method of use of post tension strand pusher:
1, before starting preparations
(1) check the electrical lines are in good condition, check the location of oil in reducer.
(2) check the motor rotation direction is consistent with the arrow mark, the machine direction.
(3) the power supply is switched on, to determine a good reversible debugging.
2, the normal work
(1) will play good shelf steel hinge line from machine line inserted into the mouth, to move into the line button switch, the steel hinge line slowly penetrates into the machine, along the catheter into the reserved channel to the other end penetrates reach reserved tension size, with a hand-held sand turbine cut off.
(2) when it is not up to the transmission distance, can adjust machine plexus wheel pressure spring screw to work the required date, but can not be adjusted too tight, so as not to run when intensified pressure wheel wear, reduce the using life.
(3) work, pay attention to the operation is normal, when found any fault, should immediately stop, to identify the reasons for troubleshooting after restart.
