1.Coincal Twin Screw Extruder:
adopting specially screw designs according to different materials make the high polymer micro-foam uniform plasticization, high extrusion. Imported famous brands AC inverter makes the rotation speed stable to ensure the main extruder and accessory machines move synchronously
2. Profile moulds:
material 3Cr17, it includes the die head parts, vacuum calibrator parts, water cooling tank parts
3.Vacuum calibrating table:
adopts powerful turbo cooling system, easy to achieve satisfactory cooling effect. According to different moulds and different customer requirements, the vacuum calibrating table can be optional as 4m, 6m.
4. Hot stamping machine , at least 9 sets
5. Haul off machine:
adopts special lifting technology, and has the features of stable running, reliable working, powerful hauling etc,
6. Cutting machine:
the moving speed of the cutting unit is synchronized with hauling speed. Through prseting,the cutting unit is capable for automatic cutting with fixed length. Dust recycling device is also equipped.
7.Other accessory machines:
high speed hot and cold mixer, plastic crusher, plastic pulverizer

Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q2: How can I believe your factory and machines.
A: We have CE certificates. And we have customers all around the world, we can test the machine after it finished and you check, if it can not reach your demands, we will change, or even give back your deposit.
Q3.How to pay to you?
A:1)30% of total amount paid by TT as advance, then the seller start production
2)after the machine is finished ,buyer CAN come to test the machine in seller’s factory ,
and then pay the 70% balance by TT or irrevocable L/C at sight . Then seller ship the machine.
Q4.How long is the delivery time?
A:For standard machines, it would be 30 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 45 days.
Q5.Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
A:Yes,for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you.
Q6.How about the documents after shipment?
A: After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List,
Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
Q7.What's your after-sales service ?
A: (1)The supplier provides service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliances, usage manual of equipment. We also supply water, electricity, gas of equipment and installation drawing. (2)The supplier is responsible for installation, debugging and training, but the air tickets, insurance, eating, housing and every day 100 USD for each engineer will be responsible by the buyer. (3)We will provide spare parts at cost price during whole life of the machines.
Q8.What's your warranty?
A: We will realize guarantee of machines within one year after the machine arrived in customer’s factory (except destroyed by buyers’ wrong operation). And half a year for electric parts.
Spare parts at cost price will be provided during whole life long of the machines.
Q9.Is there any free spare parts of machine?
A: Yes, we will equipped some spare parts and delivery togehter with machines.
