The equipment involved in this automatic packaging line are:
Walking Beam:to transport the coil to the packing station
Coil Lifter 1: for paper wrapping the coil
Coil Lifter 2: For plastic film wrapping or the steel sheet covering the surface of the coil
Automatic Coil Circuit Strapping Machine: The automatic strapping machine will strap around the coil and tie it tight with the joint which can prevent loose connection. One coil usually requires 3 circuit strappings
Through-Coil Automatic Strapping Machine: This automatic strapping machine will strap through the inner circle of the coil along the axis to strap the coil. One coil usually requires 3 or 4 through-coil strappings
Coil Paper Wrapping machine: helps to wrap around the coil automatically
Coil Inner Hole Steel Sheet Inserting Machine: to insert the a steel sheet to protect the coil inside
Coil surface steel sheet wrapping machine: to cut the right amount of steel sheet to wrap around the steel coil
Coil film wrapping machine: to wrap the coil with plastic film for better protection
Coil Conveyor: the coil conveyor will transport the well packed coils to the coil storage area
Storage Area: to temporarily store the coil after the packing procedures
This automatic coil strapping line requires 5 workers who are in charge of the coil wrapping procedure.
