Semi-automatic 5 Gallon 19L 20L Bottle Palletizer
Features:
1. Bottles feed on a slideway by gravity with low power comsumption. Sensor detecting system can adjust the palletizing speed to match the water bottling speed.
2. Bottle lifting system uses a unique neck clamping deisng by pneumatic drive, reliable and no damage to bottle necks and neck wraps.
3. Ability to stack 1-3 layers and the number of layers can be set on the touch screen.
4. Acurate location and stale lifting.
5. Mitsubishi PLC and WEIVIEW touch screen.
6. A photoelectricity detection and protection system is employed on the lifting. In case of an object or a person there, the machine will stop and alarms.

This machine requires human to feed bottom and shelf pallets manually. We also have a fully-automatic 5 gallon bottle palletizer which feed all pallets automatically.
