Mining cement ball mill introduction:
ZK CORP mining cement ball mill is mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in the industries of metallurgy, construction materials, chemical, and mining, etc. mining cement ball mill can produce powder from various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as barite, limestone, kaolnite, ceram and slags, etc. The Product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 mesh. mining cement ball mill is possible to produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder through special device in the machine if necessary.
Mining cement ball mill Feature:
Mining cement ball mill is made up of feedisng part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on.
The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace, the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scaleboard. This machine run steadily and works reliably.
Mining cement ball mill working principle
Materials spirally and evenly go into the first cabin of the grinding machine through the feeding hollow shaft from the feeding device, and inside the first cabin, there are ladder lining boards or ripple lining board in which there are many steel balls with different specifications. The cylinder rotates and produces eccentric force to bring the steel balls to a certain height, and then the steel balls will fall down to impact and grind the materials. After being coarsely ground in the first cabin, the materials will go through the single-layer partition board and into the secondary cabin in which there are flat lining board, and in the lining board there are steel balls to further grind the materials. Finally the powdery materials will be discharged from the discharging grating bar to complete the powder grinding process.
