Application Powder

The Yifex® Centrifugal Sifter is specially designed for the small density powder screening. It could also equiped with the ultrasonic system to improve its efficiency.

Material:

The Yifex® Centrifugal Sifter machine could be made in all stainless steel 304 or 316, or only the contact part to be stainless steel.

Mesh Size:

Mesh Size could be from 1mm to 18μm, and the material of the mesh wire could be stainless steel or Nonmetallic.

Characteristics:
- The screen covering is installed on a stainless steel basket. The screen basket can easily be exchanged. When exchanging the unit, the electric supply is turned off.

- Unit as control screen for foreign particles and as fractionating separation screen. The powder is separated by the screen and directed through the output cone in the container or subsequent treatment.
- The motor, holding device and mechanical parts are fixed externally to the container, to avoid contact with the powder.
- The output cone is available in powder coated steel, Teflon coated or stainless steel.
