Manufacturing process and advantages: Long-life ceramic ozone board is manufactured by the following process. First, a high-melting-point metal (tungsten or molybdenum-manganese) thick film circuit is printed on the Al2O3 ceramic green sheets by screen printing, and the design of the printed pattern and the circuit should be consistent.
