Nano-crystalline EMC Common Mode Choke Cores

At present most common mode inductance USES ferrite magnetic core. Due to the low permeability of ferrite, there are no less than 30MHz, which mainly transmit the common mode interference. Although the magnetic conductivity of permalloy is high, its high-frequency magnetic conductivity decreases too much, so the frequency range is too narrow and generally not adopted.
Performance characteristics:
With high saturation magnetic induction intensity (1.25 T), high permeability, high inductance (ten times the amount of ferrite inductors or higher), low loss, small volume, light weight, strong ability to resist electromagnetic interference, the characteristics of good frequency characteristic, high temperature stability.
High initial permeability: it is 5-20 times of ferrite, so it has more insertion loss, and the inhibition of conduction interference is much higher than that of ferrite;
High saturation magnetic induction intensity: 2~3 times higher than ferrite. It is not easy to magnetize to saturation in the case of strong current interference.
Excellent temperature stability, high Curie temperature, in situations where there are large temperature fluctuations, the performance of the alloy significantly lower rate of ferrite, with excellent stability, and the change of the performance is close to linear;
Flexible frequency characteristics: can be more flexible to obtain the required frequency characteristics by adjusting the process. Different impedance characteristics can be obtained by using different manufacturing processes and the appropriate winding number can satisfy the filter requirements of different bands so that the impedance value is much higher than that of ferrite.
