The series grid positions semitrailer includes grid position type semitrailer and second-type chassis refitted grid position type vehicle .

The series grid positions semitrailer frame is a beam-penetrating type structure , the longitudinal beam adopts flat straight type or goose neck type; the web plate is as high as 400 mm-500mm, and welded by manganese panel ; the longitudinal beam adopts automatic submerged-arc welding , and the vehicle frame adopts shot blasting treatment, and the cross beam is penetrated to the longitudinal beam and welded integrally .
The suspending frame adopts non-independent steel plate punching type rigid suspending (air suspension is optional ) and is composed of a series type steel plate spring and a suspending base ; the structure is reasonable , and the suspending frame is strong in rigidity and intensity , and can be used for supporting the load buffer impact .
