Guorun’s MDPE floater is made of high density synthetic material,resistant to corrosion and climate, 3 times more that steel buoy in terms of life span. The material is also anti-freezing, anti-oxidation, anti-UV and it is not subject to seawater,chemical erosion,oil stain and aquatic life,no pollution, doesn’t damage the environment. The tensile Strength of it is more than 13.1MPa and Break Elongation is more than 11.1%. Excellent wave resistance is assured by its Impact Strength, which is no less than 32.4KJ/m2. Most importantly, its service life is more than 15 years, with Temperature adoption range from -60℃-80℃,meets the need of different country users.
APPLICATIONS
Guorun’s (Medium Density Polyethylene)MDPE Pipe Floater is a necessary part for a complete dredging line. Two half sets encircle the pipe and fix by bolts. Floaters gives enough buoyancy and is designed to resist waves.
