The slotted liner screen pipe
The slotted liner pipes using in oil exploration can prevent 99% sand,decrease80% of oil well heavy repairand increase the oil well's strength , intergrality and stability of keeping off sand. Meanwhile , the laser incision can make very small cuts with smooth surface and high precision. Although its structures is simple,it is very effective .It has small cuts of 0.10--0.5mm in the tube wall.
Center tube has unique spiral pattern
Center tube has high precision perforated tube with standard oil and glove tubes. The spiral perforating form of the center tube reduces the opening area of the tube cross section and maintains the strength of the center tube to the maximum. The sand is blocked outside of the perforated screen while the oil, gas or water goes through the perforated opening then enters into the screen.
Working principle:allowing the certain size and coming through the surface with crude oil but keeping the bigger size sand being stopped outside to form sand bridge and thereby achieve the anti-sand purpose
Bridge slot screen. The slots of this kind of screen are punched precisely in a flat sheet which then is rolled into a pipe. The sand and gravel can't easily block the slot because of the special bridge style design, and Bridge Slot Screens has great mechanical strength and water entering capacity. Meanwhile, Bridge Slot Screens use steel punching technology and is rolled in many ways, so they are light, cheap and easily operating.
1 . Screens with high open area are more suitable for the construction of high-quality water wells, oil wells and gas wells.
2. Low cost operation
Screens with high open area shall favor groundwater infiltration. Abundant water shall reduce the water level’s down, thus to save energy consumption
3. Reduce the abrasion of the pump under the same condition, high open area can make the speed of groundwater’s entering into the screen much slower than any other filtration apparatus, which will avoid sand’s entering into screen because of high pressure, thus reduce the abrasion of the pump.
4. Extend the life span of wells
comparatively, groundwater’s entering into screen with higher open area is much easier than the entering into lower open area screen. The slow water flow shall extend the life span of wells.
