Introduction of Flotation separator:
This kind of machine is main equipment for the classification of the ores, which is used in the coarse dressing, fie dressing, and scavenging, auti-flotation and other kinds of ore dressing. The Flotation separator can be divided into XJK type(A type),SF type, JJF type and so on, which are widely used in the ore classification od some industrial departments of metal, non-metal. rare metals and so on. BF series Separator is designed on the basis of principle of Wei Muke Flotation separator. It is an ideal self-inspiratory mechanical agitation type flotation Separator machine. It is mainly used for copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, gold and other non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals roughing, selection and flotation operations. Its performance is superior to XJK type Separator.
Flotation separator features:
1. inspiratory capacity is relatively stable;
2. solid particles suspend better, Impeller installation is shallow depth, Stator has long life, Liquid surface is balance and high Sorting Efficiency.
3. Generally, BF series Separator is always applied with SF series Flotation separator to form a joint unit;
SF Flotation separator is used for inhalation slot of pulp self-absorption while JJF series Separator is used for DC slot. Thus, operations space is level configuration without foam pump to get high sorting indicators. BF series and SF series also play their respective advantages.
