Purpose:
It is applicable to OCC or commodity waste paper intermittent or continuous breaking, heavy impurities will be discharged from separate waste sedimentation tank to avoid equipment being damaged by heavy metal, and to discharge plastic.
Structural features:
New Fox rotor can strengthen hydraulic action, and improve efficiency of breaking fiber. Adoption of D-type slot structure changes vortex generated from traditional pulper, increases turbulence of pulp flow in pulper, paper bundle will quickly immerse below liquid level, so as to improve production capacity of pulper by updating movement routines of waste paper in pulper, contributing to shortening breaking period, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing productivity of unit volume.
