8980 Iron Oxide Red Pigment Paste

1. Product Introduction.

CAISON 89 series building wall paints pigment paste is suitable for coloring all kinds of interior wall and exterior wall paints or latex paints. This series pigment paste is no resin, high pigment concent, good compatible with several water-based paints, it can be used for color matching of water-based coatings in coatings factories. Also it is good for tinting water-based inks and art pigment paints.

2. Product features:

1). CAISON 89 series inorganic iron oxide based water-based pigment paste is cost-effective, better weather resistance and sunlight fastness, to meet the interior and exterior wall paints coloring requirements;

2). CAISON 89 series organic water-based pigment paste has a wider application range, high pigment content and no resin system, it can be used for tinting of all types of water-based latex paint, wood paint, metal baking paint, epoxy paint and other water-based paints.

3). CAISON 89 series pigment paste is resin free system, it doesn't only have good  compatible with water based system, but also is compatible with some resins. So it can be suitable for various types of water-based paints, such as latex paints, water-based alkyd, acrylic acid, polyurethane, alkyd-acrylic acid, epoxy, amino-alkyd, polyester and modified resin coating.

4). CAISON 89 Series water-based pigment paste is good stability with zero ethylene glycol and lower VOC, and it is eco-friendly water-based pigment paste.

5). Fineness distribution of 89 series pigment paste is uniform, high tinting strength and hiding power, color difference between different batches is stable and controllable.

3. Using instruction.

1). Please stir the pigment paste uniformly before using. If some particles precipitation happened after long time storage, you can make fully stirring and filtrating, and it still can be useful.

2). If any left after using, it must be tightly sealed to avoid the quality going bad.

4. Judged description of various performance index in color swatch.

Sunlight fastness: grade 8 is the highest, grade 1 is the lowest;  

Weather resistance:  grade 5 is the highest, grade 1 is the lowest; 

Acid and alkali resistance: grade 5 is the highest, grade 1 is the lowest;

5. Special notes.

1). All performance index is tested by us under certain conditions, parts of them is entrusted to test by Shanghai Institute of Printing and Dyeing. In the actual using, the process conditions may different with our testing methods, it is recommended to try or actual measurement, to achieve the required standards before mass production. If customers use our products directly without any testing, all the consequence is not responsible by us.

3). The colors on the color swatch is general products, we can design special color paste for you, also provide color scheme for free;

4). The colors have different proportions on color swatch and hue displayed on the plain weave cotton poplin, so there is certain deviation with the electronic version;

6. Storage conditions of water based pigment paste.

Please store the pigment paste in condition of ventilated, cool and dry place at 0 ℃-40 ℃; avoiding too hot or too cold;

Please close the cover tightly after using, to prevent pigment paste contact with air for long time, avoiding particle aggregation and surface film forming.

7. Pigment paste product warranty.

Refer to the production batch number on the packing label;

The warranty of this series product is 18months from the production date, close to or more than warranty period, please re-confirm the availability.

8. Pigment paste package and transporting

Packing: inorganic iron oxide pigment paste: the minimum package size is 5 kg/keg;

         Organic iron oxide pigment paste: the minimum package size is 1kg/bottle.

Transporting: according to non-limiting goods transportation.
