Ingredients:It is made from compound natural food gum, emulsifier, compound phosphate, enzyme preparation and so on.
Applicable to products:Wet noodles
Product features:This product can delay wet-noodles browning,restrain noodles rancidity , keep noodles a good color,increase the storage of noodles;increase the elasticity,make noodles not easy broken ,improve smoothness and chewiness,improve the taste and smell of wheat.
Recommended dosage:100~200g/100kg flour powder,according to the type of products and flour quality needed to add.
Using method:depending on the production dosage ,weigh this product.Add it into the stirred tank ,and chop it together with water evenly.In winter add 30℃warm water to increase melting.

Storage： Sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid becoming wet or exposure to sunlight.
