C: Working principle and structural characteristics：
The working principle of this machine is the same as the ordinary mixer. Material are pressed by the Pressure lead, the material are cut , sheared ,mixed ,folded and rolled by the different speed two rotors in the airtight groove, then get the fully mixing material.
3.1 mixer device
Left and right sides and mixing chamber are formed a airtight groove, front and back rotor bearing is the self-aligning spherical roller bearing,and fasten to left and right sides by bearing housing.
Left and right sides both are cooling/heating jacketed antrum type. The touch inwall surface with material is plated with hard chrome. The mixing chamber inwall is plated with hard chrome. The chrome thickness is 0.1~0.15mm，rigidity HV900~1000.
The rotor length, the short edges two spiral welded on the rotor shaft, and working parts of the edge peak edge side surface of the rotor seal face were resistant surfacing alloy, hardness of 50HRC, a thickness of 5mm. Contact with the material hardening the entire outer surface of the rotor (hard chrome plating) to a thickness of 0.1 ~ 0.15mm, the hardness HV900 ~ 1000.
Rotor end gland seal through the seal ring abuts the rotor seal face. Sealing ring is made of high temperature, wear, thermal expansion coefficient of bronze and PTFE materials. Work does not end friction grease lubrication, this will ensure a good seal and not contaminated material.
3.2 Transmission system
Main transmission is driven by belt of main motor, also driving the reducer. Output shaft of reducer drive the gear ratio by inner gear coupling to make the front and back rotors moving relative rotational motion.
3.3 Flip device and its transmission
Tilting motor (electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor) drive through the cycloid reducer worm and worm gear, worm, worm uses best quality in China Beijing Shougang manufactured products. Worm gear fixed to the front rotor (left bearing sleeve), the rotation of the worm gear so that the whole device before mixing rotor axis as the center line (forward) to achieve flip discharge. Mixing chamber flip 140 ° discharge after recovery position. Flip mixing chamber by the limit switch limit, high precision, good durability.
3.4 pressing device, dust, and gas control system devices
Ram driven by the cylinder. Pressure lead of pressure material device are driven by air cylinder to press material. Ram using jacketed welded structure, internal water cooling, and material contact surface hardening treatment. Ram four weeks with a sealing strip to prevent leakage of powder mixing process. The cylinder pressure device installed in the rack top, running from the limit switch limit.
3.5 electrical heating system
The machine is heated by aluminum heaters plate and easy to change the heater.
D: electrical element part
Electrical part adopts the PLC of Panasonic as the main controller. The main electrical element part is the CHINT brand, it is advanced technical brand, easy operation and safety.Pneumatic element is the wellknownHNP brand，fully insure that the safety,stabilization of the pressure material device and the loading door.
