Features and Uses:
1. GTD and the GTH bucket elevator with a transport volume, enhance high height, smooth operation and long service life and so on. which is suitable for vertical transportation of drier bulk materials and be widely used in the material transport system of some industries ,such as building materials, chemicals, coal, electricity, ports and transportation etc.
2. GTD-type is the belt type, of which traction pieces is EP conveyor belt and steel-cord belt. GTH-type is ring chain, of which traction pieces is high-strength chain which is made by GB/T12718-91 "Mining High Strength Ring Chain".
It has two kinds of hopper
1. bd and dh, which is a deep-bucket, generally applicable to transport dry , loose, easy to throw, and good mobility materials such as cement, coal, gravel, grain etc. materials.
2. ad and ah ,which is less shallower than deep-bucket, applicable to poor liquidity and a little wet materials such as sand, coal, chemical materials etc.
3. The head ,tail and central chassis were sealed, keeping materials and dust from rarely spilling and rarely polluting environmental.
4. Mixed or gravity discharge, dig feeder.
5. which rim is joined by high-strength steel bolts on the wheel body, just only change the rim after the sprocket wearing so easy maintenance ,saving raw materials and reducing maintenance costs. The down-wheel is flange wheels, which completely changes the defects of high cost of the original two-wheel and easy-off chains .
6. The up-wheel with hypotenuse light wheels of GTD, which has a self-centering effect can avoid conveyor belt deviation.
7. In order to achieve the purpose of electric automatic control so designed material level detector and speed control device in the lower position that can be selected according to the user's need
8. there are two kinds of tension devices, choosing screw tension for lifting height of not more than 25m high models, for a height of more than 25m to choose gravity tension,for the special requirements of the user when ordering please instructions.
