The quality and price of final product which made by traditional sand washing machinery is low. Because the sand usually has high percentage moisture, mud, dust and other contaminants.The design principle of XS sand washing & dewatering machine is to maximize the productivity and profit of sand making site. Other purpose is minimized the operation cost and the environmental pollution which caused by the excess emissions of fine sand.The machinery is consist of dewatering screen, bucket, cleaning tank, reducer, motor, vibration motor and other components.Sandwater mixture will be filtered by the bucket screen for primary dewatering, after that the wet sand will fall down to dewatering mesh and will get dewatered.This machinery combines sand washing and dewatering, these two functions as one. This design allow our client filter mud, dustand other Contaminants from the sand. It also features of lower energy consumption, failure rate and longer service life time compare to similar products in current market.
