2.Three-dimensional uses the Japan’s Matsushita AC servo motor and THK ball screw guide way , which can be implement vertical, horizontal two directions of the terminal tangled lines ,thread clamped and cut the line ;and angle tangled lines, thread clamp, cut the line and the tape device also can be selected;

3. Fixture replacement convenient:  Using fast chuck to replace tooling rapidly, improve the efficiency of the replacement of the winding varieties;

4. Use multi-axis CNC control system. When switching models, using the machine procedure and replace the fixture;

5.Wire twisting machine uses Japan’s Matsushita high-performance PLC, operation simply, which can easily finish the setting of line laps, the speed and number of strands;
