Product Descripition:

1)Polyuretheane foam filling machine(QGB-900E aerosol filling ),combined Polymeric MDI filling machine, semi-automatic sealing machine, dimethyl ether filling machine, and LPG filling machine(with two booster pump station) on a single platform, can work with the single machine, and also can be regulated to realize two-machine, three-machine, or four- machine linkage work.

2)Semi-automatic sealing machine is of reliable quality, easy to install and adjust,and its large cylinder can complete seallling as usual under at Air pressure of 0.25-0.3MPa.

It is mainly used for filling non-corrosive liquefiable gas such as copropellant C butane gas, Freon, dimethyl ether(DME) and 134a. Main seals are suitable for filling all kinds of aerosol valves. With large two-way pumps, it is easy to operate to fill and measure accurately.

3)All the pneumatic valves are open designs and easily replaceable.

4)This machine has small-occupied area and convenient operation, one worker can complete the entire polyurethane foam production.
