Non-spark of 2 Phases 3 Wires Plug & Socket Connector

    Non-spark of  2 phases 3 wires plug & socket connector have been examined and tested for qualification by China National Quality Supervision and Test Center for Explosion Protected Electric Products (CQST) and obtained the explosion-proof certificate with its serial number compiled as CNEx05.0428x~CNEx05.0431x. The product which also received "Europe Union ATEX Approval" with its serial number compiled as CE0470 Nemko 07ATEX3202.The products is suitable for petroleum exploration, borehole electric control and other electrical continuity.

    The electric connector consists of two parts: Plug and Socket,of which the plug is mobile (YT). Two kinds of options are made available in the sockets, namely fixed socket (GZ) and mobile plug (YZ). Coupling way of the plug and socket is  spiral  bayonet  snap  coupling. End  connection form between the contacts and wires is crimping. The  contacts use  elastic  rim to support positioning and are the structure of installing from  the  rear and removing from the front. ZL-102 die-casting alloy is applied in the connector assembly, the contact element is plated with silver, which ensured reliable contact, convenient wiring, better air tightness & insulation, together with such features as waterproof, dust prevention, shockproof, etc.
